Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end compliance across all global office locations in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
•Lead ISO audits and global compliance audits (internal & external) to ensure continuous certification readiness.
•Oversee workplace safety, CCTV data handling, access control policies, fire safety, and security standards across facilities.
•Vendor governance, due diligence, risk assessments, and governance activities with third-party partners to sustain standards.
•Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, InfoSec, and Procurement to drive governance, risk mitigation, and policy standardization across regions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
•10+ years of global compliance, facilities, or governance experience
•Strong ISO standards, audits (internal and external), and GDPR/privacy governance
•Experience with CCTV data handling, access control, fire safety, and workplace security standards
•Proven ability to lead multi-country vendor governance and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, HR, and InfoSec
