Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control.
  • •Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of employees.
  • •Control payroll and create service-driven schedules while maintaining a highly profitable location.
