Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain regional asset maintenance strategy with the Center of Excellence and Global Regions Central Team, including lifecycle management, sustainability and business continuity.
  • •Define and maintain business continuity, escalation, deviation, recovery, and crisis response processes for maintenance operations; coordinate responses to continuity risks/failures.
  • •Manage the IFM supplier’s hard services performance through governance, KPI/SLA steering, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
  • •Act as SME counterpart to the IFM supplier: review and challenge maintenance proposals; ensure robust execution plans and supplier accountability.
  • •Oversee governance framework for maintenance management and documentation, including reporting standards and maintenance plans (LTAMP, risk/reliability analyses, spare parts strategy) and ensure supplier compliance with scope and performance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in asset management / hard services / maintenance management
  • •Strong experience managing outsourced service contracts (e.g., IFM)
  • •Proven experience in maintenance strategy development, business continuity, and risk-based asset management
  • •Experience with asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning and reliability concepts (LTAMP, FMECA/FMEA) and OPEX budget management
