Key Responsibilities

  • •Take video briefs from initial idea through a production-ready AV script.
  • •Develop two or three distinct creative directions with references and a potential title approach.
  • •Create production-ready scripts including dialogue, voiceover, and on-screen copy.
  • •Build strong hooks and structure clear narratives, shifting naturally across brands, audiences, tones, and platforms.
  • •Collaborate with creative teams to align scripts with visual direction and refine based on feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven AV scriptwriting experience, ideally from an agency background (not primarily general copywriting).
  • •A portfolio of AV concepts and scripts, rather than mainly websites/blogs or general marketing copy.
  • •Excellent command of English with strong pacing, tone, and structure.
  • •Strong collaboration skills and openness to iteration with creative directors, designers, and producers.
  • •Interest in or familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation or drafting (a plus).
