Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions.
  • •Receive and place orders, respond to general market information and trading/order feature questions, and process corporate actions when a license is warranted.
  • •Schedule and confirm client appointments, enter data in Salesforce, create meeting agendas and summaries, and maintain client records and routine correspondence.
  • •Manage the Financial Advisor’s calendar to maximize appointment productivity and minimize travel time.
