Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Cost/Commercial Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
  • •Participate in appropriate meetings, prepare cost reports, assist with procurement strategies and tender documentation, and handle post-contract commercial management and administration.
  • •Engage with client, contractor and other stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed parameters and help prevent disputes.
  • •Client-side cost management, including stakeholder, risk, and contract management.
  • •Develop strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional team members and support business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure cost/commercial management experience (Water industry experience desirable).
  • •Knowledge and understanding of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC.
  • •Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
  • •Good communication and organisational skills.
  • •Relationship building skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders and networks of business contacts.
