  • •Provide advanced proficiency in client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales for deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines.
  • •Meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services focused on developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and act on or refer more complex client needs and financial goals to internal specialists.
  • •Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings, training, and web-based learning.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance with current guidelines; conduct client interactions and transactions while uncovering client needs.
