Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop long-term growth strategies by understanding MNC, channel partner, and enterprise end-customer priorities.
  • •Partner closely with Sales to drive unit, revenue, and market share growth across channel and enterprise segments.
  • •Manage the account P&L to deliver predictable profitability and sustainable growth across quarters.
  • •Identify and execute opportunities to grow profitable in-house market share with large OEM and MNC customers.
  • •Align cross-functional teams to support customer execution, launches, and lifecycle success.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a technology-focused business development leader managing large multinational accounts.
  • •Strong background in semiconductor business development (semiconductor experience strongly preferred).
  • •Experience across the full product lifecycle, including regional/global engagement, channel enablement, and enterprise customer alignment.
  • •Track record of owning P&Ls, negotiating complex agreements, and driving growth across multiple routes to market.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing.
