Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive revenue and bookings targets for Software Monetization product lines in the Americas through direct and indirect sales.
  • •Build and execute sales strategies, balancing new logo acquisition (land) with expansion (cross/upsell).
  • •Lead regional sales organization, including sales leaders/directors and account executives; define territories, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • •Own sales forecasting and capacity planning; monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • •Partner with marketing, product management, customer success, and operations on pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and go-to-market alignment; engage in strategic deals and negotiations.
