Job Summary

Own and drive Levi’s ANZ end-to-end merchandising strategy across genders, categories, and channels. Translate global product intent into locally relevant assortments, pricing, and product storytelling to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Lead go-to-market activation from line build through in-market execution, partner with Planning for financial co-ownership, and use consumer insights and performance KPIs to adapt seasonally. Lead and develop the ANZ merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the ANZ merchandising strategy across genders, categories, and channels aligned to global and cluster directions.
•Lead reverse seasonality translation of global calendars and big bets into local storytelling and assortments.
•Deliver profitable, sustainable growth by managing assortment productivity and performance across sell-in and sell-out.
•Lead multi-channel merchandising and consumer-centric segmentation across DTC, Wholesale, Outlet, and E-commerce, ensuring consistent brand expression.
•Lead end-to-end go-to-market activation and manage in-season performance via pricing, product flow, weekly business reviews, and KPI-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in merchandising leadership within apparel or other consumer-driven industries.
•Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end business ownership across merchandising strategy and execution.
•Deep expertise in merchandising, consumer insights, and product strategy.
•Ability to translate consumer insight into relevant assortments, product stories, and pricing strategies across channels.
•Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
