Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store operations while partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive results against sales and store KPIs. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, inventory and stockroom workflows, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Support hiring onboarding, training, community engagement, and uphold safety and company policies.

•Deliver personalized customer engagement and model consumer-centric selling behaviors through genuine interactions.

•Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and support stockroom operations, including inventory organization, shipment processing, and loss prevention.
