Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with clients: proactive year-round tax insights, white-glove delivery.
•Prepare, review, and file individual returns for HNW households (starting $1M to $25M net worth) plus related business returns.
•Own equity-comp planning: ISO/NSO/RSU/ESPP, AMT crossover, 83(b), QSBS, 409A, secondary sales, IPO/liquidity events.
•Help build the Tax Brain: break complex decisions into logic an engineer can code; review AI advice and correct it.
•Solve edge cases: AMT, wash sales, multi-state allocation, QSBS, pass-through optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,400 - 161,600 annually
