Job Summary

Deliver and transport CarMax vehicles safely between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs. You’ll ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to support inventory flow and customer satisfaction, maintain a clean, well-kept truck and trailer, and complete compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Keep accurate DOT logs and documentation while following DOT/FMCSA and CarMax safety regulations and representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate equipment with strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness while maintaining the truck and trailer.
•Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation while following company and federal safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.2 - 44.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (Military heavy/medium tactical vehicle experience considered).
•Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and operate winches during loading.
•Proficiency operating a 10-speed transmission and willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
