Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design and DFT teams to understand design and DFT specifications.
  • •Generate test plans; create test and characterization programs; design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • •Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis; perform statistical analysis of yield fallout and optimize test time.
  • •Work with production to release products to volume production and define/implement test strategy for digital and mixed-signal products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3-8 years of relevant experience, preferably at SOC level for microcontroller/microprocessor type SOCs.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne J750 or equivalent ATE (UFlex+, V93K, VLCT), with J750HD preferred.
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development experience, including production test program and hardware development.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and digital/scan/memories/analog test techniques.
