Key Responsibilities

  • •In partnership with Senior Director, define strategy, target outcomes, and roadmap for VRSA; drive socialization, alignment, and end-to-end execution including executive readouts.
  • •Serve as liaison between senior stakeholders and rule owners, managing trade-offs and escalations across PERC and EPTA leadership.
  • •Support and evolve VRSA and rules inquiries, ensuring efficient, high-quality responses and defined escalation paths for complex inquiries.
  • •Develop and present executive communications on VRSA outcomes and trends, process improvement impacts, and readiness of automation and AI initiatives.
  • •Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence for VRSA and adjacent EPTA workflows, enabling transition of solutions into BAU.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including performance management and coaching.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, including proven abilities in negotiating and influencing internal and external clients.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics in an audience-centric way.
  • •Experience driving business transformation, operating model improvements, or technology-enabled change across complex stakeholder environments.
