Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the IPT/value stream performance and execution against budgeted targets including safety, quality, delivery, sales, profit, inventory, and CAPEX.
  • •Indirectly manage functional representatives to achieve KPIs and goals, coordinating resource needs across the IPT.
  • •Align technology investments and CAPEX with product needs through close collaboration with BD & Sales, key customers, and Engineering.
  • •Drive program and proposal performance via indirect management of Program Management and/or Operations for assigned product lines.
  • •Create and execute business plans across monthly, yearly, and long-term planning cycles while maximizing profit and cash conversion (e.g., gross margin, inventory turns, program execution).

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, sales, or program management environment.
