Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with plant reliability teams and cross-functional departments to drive standardized maintenance and reliability strategies for existing and new equipment.
  • •Lead implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance, asset health assurance, root cause analysis (RCA), and operator-driven reliability to improve plant performance.
  • •Unify maintenance approaches across facilities and drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and rolling out procedural changes.
  • •Partner with plant engineers, corporate teams, and vendors to diagnose repetitive equipment failures and develop solutions, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Use CMMS/SAP data for advanced reliability analysis, assess asset performance, and guide decisions on repair vs. replace while training and developing the maintenance workforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience including team development and management.
  • •Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to food processing and the meat industry.
  • •Proficiency in SAP and CMMS.
  • •Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and collaborate through travel to other locations.
