Job Summary

Lead the development, launch, and management of digital product propositions and vendor partnerships, driving profitable new digital services and revenue streams. Set and execute the strategy across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B segments, build partnerships roadmaps, and oversee portfolio reviews, cross-OpCo deals, and negotiations. Guide OpCos with enablement, best-practice sharing, and innovation POCs while managing performance, financial planning, and team leadership for a vertical with major Group impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, launching, and management of digital product propositions and corresponding partnerships.
•Oversee creation of partnerships strategy and roadmaps, including portfolio management and identification of gaps in partner availability to launch new services.
•Direct cross-OpCo contract reviews, quantify synergies, align stakeholders, and lead negotiations for cross-OpCo deals.
•Analyze digital service partnering and platform activities of telco peers and incorporate insights into the partnering strategy.
•Develop enablement tools, drive best-practice guidelines across OpCos, and guide budgeting/planning and performance reporting for digital services and partnerships.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of relevant telecom experience, including experience on the MSP or ISV side, and knowledge of digital services and partnerships management.
•Experience with B2B, B2C, and B2B2C product conceptualization, development, and monetization, creating value propositions for market segments.
•Performance management experience, including 6–8 years in telecommunications.
•Minimum bachelor’s degree in a business/IT or IS discipline; master’s and PMP certification are a plus.
•Fluency in written and oral English (Arabic preferred, not mandatory).
