Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a global transportation expansion roadmap aligned to office openings, headcount growth, and commute demand; prioritize investments, forecast capacity/costs, and lead launches through readiness and ongoing delivery.
  • •Manage the global employee transportation portfolio across shuttles, parking, micromobility, transit and commuter benefits, and EV charging; set the right service mix per market.
  • •Build a scalable operating model across regions, including launch playbooks, ownership, vendor standards, integrated tools/reporting, and training for local teams.
  • •Manage transportation vendors end-to-end (sourcing/onboarding, service reviews, renewals, corrective actions, and transitions) with Strategic Sourcing and Legal.
  • •Own program budgets, forecasts, invoice review, and business cases; use utilization and cost data to recommend investments, optimizations, or retirements.
