Own execution and performance for channels including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X—driving profitable spend using CPA, ROAS, and payback tied to real revenue data. Serve as a senior player-coach: hire, train, and develop acquisition managers; set account standards and governance; ensure compliance and protect account health; and run AI-first workflows inside Claude.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale profitable paid social spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
•Run regular account audits and improve account architecture, measurement, and documentation to identify gaps and scaling opportunities.
•Coach, train, and develop acquisition managers; own performance evaluation, KPIs, feedback cycles, and standards.
•Own policy and compliance workflows across platforms, protect account health, and manage escalation and launch risk.
•Build and maintain AI-first operating workflows and a social acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, prompts, and QA checklists.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
