Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the quarterly preparation of Forms 10-K and 10-Q and other SEC filings, including preparing sections, compiling documentation, and tagging in iXBRL.
  • •Support investor relations by reviewing earnings press releases and investor materials.
  • •Participate in the close process: prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations and rollforwards, and present results to management.
  • •Provide preliminary research and guidance support for technical accounting issues and assist with goodwill/intangible asset recoverability evaluations.
  • •Support treasury accounting systems and SOX controls, responding to auditors and driving continuous improvement through automation and streamlined processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • •3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in public accounting.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including Excel macros, pivot tables, and V-lookups.
  • •Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; SAP/EPM or similar ERP and consolidation experience is a plus.
