Key Responsibilities

  • •Define AI-native developer architecture and lead multi-year evolution of Salesforce DX toward autonomous software engineering ecosystems.
  • •Architect stateful multi-agent orchestration engines and define standardized interaction protocols and schema contracts for agent interoperability.
  • •Integrate LLM capabilities with Salesforce runtime and metadata, including org metadata reasoning, dependency graphs, and retrieval architectures (RAG/graph indexing).
  • •Design enterprise trust, security, and execution guardrails with isolated execution sandboxes, deterministic evaluation/safety frameworks, and governance controls.
  • •Stay hands-on by writing production-quality code, optimizing agent context latency and retrieval/vector/graph search performance, and driving unified technical direction.
