Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop highly scalable solutions meeting functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • •Deliver end-to-end software lifecycle work (design, implement, test, document, and operate internal libraries and frameworks).
  • •Implement robust test automation across unit, functional, security, load, and performance testing.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fully automated, seamless deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments.
  • •Package and deploy developer experience tooling, publish technical standards/guidelines, and coach engineers through mentorship, workshops, and events.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate or post-graduate degree.
  • •4+ years of professional experience developing, delivering, and managing scalable IT solutions.
  • •Ability to work with Product Owners to analyze, assess, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • •Proven track record working within Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals including design patterns and architectural principles; advanced backend/front-end, database, testing, and DevOps/CI/CD experience.
