Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons aligned with relevant examination specifications using strong subject knowledge and effective pedagogy.
  • •Set high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and participation in a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  • •Use assessment to adapt teaching, provide meaningful feedback, track progress, and implement timely intervention.
