Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and ongoing infrastructure evolution in existing markets.
  • •Build and drive program plans by translating objectives into requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
  • •Coordinate across People Ops, People Systems, Finance/Payroll, Legal/Tax, IT, and other teams to manage interdependencies and prevent gaps.
  • •Own program communication and change management, including crisp executive updates and employee-facing communications for affected changes.
  • •Create repeatable infrastructure as Harvey scales by turning lessons learned into templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
