Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation and vendor payment requests for the card business, including verifying invoices and resolving billing issues.
  • •Handle Visa/Mastercard day-to-day interactions via Mastercard Connect and equivalent Visa programme management portals.
  • •Manage projects/cases with payment networks for product launches, BIN configurations, programme amendments, and scheme compliance mandates.
  • •Prepare and submit BIN sponsor/card processor change requests for card programme functionality updates and coordinate responses to RFIs/mandates and assessments.
  • •Lead KYB and vendor onboarding, support drafting/reviewing/negotiating commercial terms, manage contract lifecycle, and develop SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in card operations, payment processing, fintech, or financial operations.
  • •Strong understanding of card payment systems, interchange fees, billing logic, and vendor management.
  • •Experience with Mastercard Connect and/or Visa systems is a strong plus.
  • •Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial reconciliation tools; fluent in English.
