Senior Card Operations Manager

Own end-to-end card program operational processes across regions, ensuring smooth vendor management, accurate invoice reconciliation, and efficient payment and capital injection operations. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Visa and Mastercard portals, manage BIN sponsor/card processor change requests, and coordinate payment network assessments and RFIs. Lead KYB and vendor onboarding agreement lifecycle work, improve SOPs, and support cross-functional projects and reporting in a fast-paced global environment.
