Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design through execution, launch, and ongoing success.
  • •Serve as the executive point of contact for deployments, aligning stakeholders on requirements, edge cases, and change management.
  • •Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows and validate assumptions with Agent Delivery Engineers.
  • •Configure, test, and release agent configurations for customer use cases while managing deployment plans, timelines, risks, and escalations.
  • •Lead customer kickoffs, milestone reviews, QBRs, and executive updates; improve onboarding and deployment processes over time.
