Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake numerical analysis using computer-based programmes to study potable, surface and wastewater systems
  • •Undertake technical and feasibility studies for alternative solutions including calculations
  • •Undertake structural analysis and design, including load cases and use of analysis software
  • •Produce designs of water infrastructure such as pump systems and pipe networks with attenuation to safety in design
  • •Produce sketches and check final working drawings created by Technicians
  • •Keep up-to-date with regulatory legislation and guidelines affecting design work
  • •Collaborate with team members on technical work, site work, and project management
  • •Opportunities for site visits to understand how designs are implemented
