Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage HVM and Technology Development and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve process effectiveness.
  • •Promote worldwide BKMs sharing and transfer area-specific domain knowledge.
  • •Provide technical and hands-on support to HVM sites to identify and deploy best solutions across safety, productivity, cost of ownership, process efficiency, quality defense, and yield improvement.
  • •Partner with suppliers to develop process and equipment roadmaps aligned to Micron’s technology roadmap.
  • •Prioritize and lead multiple projects based on fab and corporate objectives, communicating status, progress, and roadblocks with appropriate cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer.
  • •Strong people and collaboration skills to lead global site alignment efforts on BKM sharing.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent communication and organization skills with strong attention to detail; able to interface professionally with suppliers.
