Site Engineer (Syria, SY)

Plan, schedule, and supervise on-site activities to deliver project objectives safely and on time. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage procurement and material handling, and implement QA/QC to meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance, maintain detailed site documentation (including progress reports and as-built drawings), control project costs, and support HSE initiatives, safety inspections, and incident reporting.
