Key Responsibilities

  • •Define qualification plans for thermo-mechanical processes for Flight Model 1 and support preparation for flight model integration.
  • •Support Thermal Control System setup preparation and testing, including defining integration and test sequence.
  • •Procure parts and tools needed for tests.
  • •Write procedures for qualification, integration, and test operations, including preparing test plans and procedures and coupons.
  • •Support qualification testing internally or externally, coordinating with all stakeholders and improving processes using lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying for an Engineering degree (Master) in mechanical science or equivalent.
  • •Experience with CAD software, preferably Siemens NX.
  • •Experience with thermal setup will be a plus.
  • •Experience writing procedures with a MES and with inventory management using an ERP.
  • •Experience in a cleanroom environment will be a plus.
