Job Summary

Supervise a manufacturing operations team on the 1st shift, leading RTPR meetings and coordinating daily activities to achieve policy deployment objectives. Monitor cell performance across productivity, schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Resolve issues in real time, evaluate results, and drive improvements to operating procedures and objectives. Lead with company values and Lean manufacturing, delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise a team of support and/or production-level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
•Lead RTPR meetings and coordinate manufacturing team activities to achieve policy deployment objectives.
•Monitor cell performance across productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
•Drive real-time problem resolution and recommend improvements to operating procedures or objectives.
•Embody company values, employee philosophies, and Lean manufacturing while performing with minimum supervision.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
•2 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
•Communicate in English at a 70% level for meetings and professional interactions.
•Intermediate Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.
