Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Atos’s authorized representative for one or more strategic customer accounts and the central point of contact for the customer.
•Lead account teams and enable collaboration between sales, delivery, and management.
•Drive accountability for the full account lifecycle from commercial development and service delivery to project implementation.
•Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies, identifying and expanding new business opportunities within existing accounts.
•Assume full financial and commercial management responsibility, including revenue forecasting, margin control, cash flow management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
