Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and diagnose issues using data across many makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while performing maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Order parts and maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist in training lower level technicians as needed and maintain service vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.
  • •Assist with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery; when required, travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools; advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and experience with field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Superior customer service with strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus a valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle).
