Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead and motivate diverse teams delivering projects while managing a team of Project Managers.
  • •Oversee direct reports’ projects to ensure delivery stays on track, on budget, within scope, and follows internal processes.
  • •Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
  • •Function as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning).
  • •Serve as key client contact, facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders, and leverage project systems for reporting and data-driven decisions.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
  • •7+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years of Agile experience.
  • •8+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager.
  • •Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management techniques.
  • •Experience with Confluence/JIRA or equivalent tools; CMS/eCommerce (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Magento, Shopify) and Google Analytics is a plus.
