Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Email team building and maintaining the infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails per month.
  • •Own and evolve a parallelized email personalization and sending platform at huge scale.
  • •Develop and maintain REST APIs for subscription management and reporting-related functionality.
  • •Partner with product and design to build new features based on customer feedback and scale the channel as volume grows.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop engineers while guiding key architectural decisions and (in select cases) writing code.
