Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and electrically test low-voltage products produced on all lines according to inspection work instructions and applicable requirements.
  • •Confirm proper function per test scripts, identify non-conformances, and ensure products meet customer, safety, and quality requirements; document results on checklists.
  • •Perform final and in-process inspections across multiple product lines to support quality outcomes.
  • •Program controllers and conduct electrical testing of low-voltage assembly products, including customer functional test scripts.
  • •Perform electrical and mechanical inspections/audits, using equipment such as Hi-Pot and continuity test devices, and verify components and connections.
