Make Unit Manager

Lead and coordinate the Make Department to meet short- and long-term goals and customer expectations. Drive unit performance with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost; implement Lean Six Sigma, standardized work, and continuous improvement; develop people and manage costs while supporting new product development and project work.
