Job Summary

Serve as an Intelligent Services Account Engineer, using deep HVAC controls and energy expertise to turn customer data into actionable insights. You’ll gather and analyze performance information, define KPIs with clients, diagnose energy opportunities, and deliver energy projects that help optimize facilities. Lead technical strategy reviews for Intelligent Service Agreements, support contract onboarding/execution, assist sales with pull-through opportunities, and perform remote site analysis as needed.

•Gather relevant data, trends, and charts to create customer-facing documentation.
•Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and develop site KPIs.
•Diagnose energy opportunities in customer facilities and propose energy projects to address issues and opportunities.
•Perform remote site analysis via web access as needed and lead technical strategy review meetings for each customer agreement.
•Support contract onboarding/transition and assist with existing contract execution management while helping secure pull-through work.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology; or 3+ years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating.
•Familiarity with operation and design of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and/or temperature controls.
•Windows operating system and Microsoft Office knowledge.
•Experience with a drafting/design program.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and 12 months of driving history with no major or frequent traffic violations.
