Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy equipment on road construction and asphalt paving projects.
  • •Oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
  • •Maintain an efficient working condition of the equipment with minor servicing and maintenance, referring major problems to the supervisor.
  • •Use knowledge of paving industry details such as grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, and compaction.
