Job Summary

Work closely with Order-to-Cash (OTC) business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Fashion processes to evolving business needs. Own and troubleshoot end-to-end processes including order management, contract call-offs, supply assignment, outbound delivery, pricing, and returns. Interface with business leadership and consult with partners while building expertise in SAP S/4HANA Fashion and SAP cloud technologies.

•Partner with OTC business stakeholders to align SAP SD Fashion solutions with business needs and priorities.
•Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve business and system issues related to OTC processes.
•Support and participate in global SAP initiatives as a project team member.
•Collaborate with consulting partners and interface directly with business leadership (Directors and Senior Directors).
•Build and apply functional knowledge across order management, contract management/call-offs, supply assignment, outbound delivery, pricing, and returns.

•10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
•3+ years implementing SAP SD in a fashion company using SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.
•Experience with order management, contract management/call-offs, supply assignment, outbound delivery management, pricing, and returns.
•Good understanding of how SAP distribution integrates with external warehouse management systems.
•At least 1 or 2 full-cycle ERP transformation program implementation experience.
