Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship full-stack features end to end on new product surfaces, owning them from design through production and the metrics they move.
  • •Build Python backend services that power those features and keep them reliable at 6M daily active user scale.
  • •Collaborate with PM and design on what to build and where to cut scope to deliver quickly.
  • •Maintain existing systems as the product grows, performing reliability and maintenance work that protects team velocity.
  • •Set technical direction for projects, including architecture decisions and how work is sequenced, and raise engineering standards via reviews and feedback.
