Job Summary

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features on new product surfaces for Scribe’s Adopt team, taking work from design and production through the metrics it moves. Write reliable Python backend services and keep existing systems healthy as the product scales to 6M daily active users. Partner with PM and design on scope tradeoffs, set technical direction, and raise the engineering bar through reviews, feedback, and standards.

•Ship full-stack features end to end on new product surfaces, owning them from design through production and the metrics they move.
•Build Python backend services that power those features and keep them reliable at 6M daily active user scale.
•Collaborate with PM and design on what to build and where to cut scope to deliver quickly.
•Maintain existing systems as the product grows, performing reliability and maintenance work that protects team velocity.
•Set technical direction for projects, including architecture decisions and how work is sequenced, and raise engineering standards via reviews and feedback.
