Key Responsibilities

  • •Shift & Operations Management: Supervise shift-wise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and VAS activities; Manage inbound and outbound workflows to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • •Inventory Management: Conduct routine inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations; Maintain accurate chemical stock records and ensure compliance with safety norms (OSHA, pollution control board, MSDS).
  • •Planning & Coordination: Plan daily operations to meet customer requirements and optimize warehouse resources; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and dispatch schedules.
  • •MIS & Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of system data entries (GRN, pick lists, dispatch entries, stock adjustments, etc.); Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, productivity, operations, safety, and performance.
  • •Safety & Training: Train staff on PPE usage, safe chemical handling, and emergency response procedures; Identify potential risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • •2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in chemical, FMCG, or 3PL environments.
  • •Good knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • •Familiarity with MSDS, GFSI, and warehouse safety requirements.
  • •Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
