Own shift-segment tactical execution in Intel’s front-end wafer fab as part of the TFSM Production Shift Line Coordinator role. Track and adjust line limiters, drumbeat, and queue time loops; coordinate downtime; and optimize bottleneck tools using segment graphs, dashboards, and UE/OEE reporting. Manage WIP movement and escalation, oversee critical queue time quality expectations, and collaborate across shifts to drive 24-hour goals in a compressed workweek on rotating shifts.
