Key Responsibilities

  • •Medical Oversight & Coordination: Collaborate with the team to coordinate treatments and ensure the highest standard of medical care for employees.
  • •Wellness Program Leadership: Take charge of coordinating all Wellness program initiatives, ensuring that employees have access to preventive care and health support services.
  • •Immunizations & Injections: Administer tetanus, flu shots, and other vaccines as requested to maintain employee health and safety.
  • •Fit Testing for Facemasks: Provide fit testing for workers' facemasks to ensure they meet safety standards and are properly fitted.
  • •Care Coordination & Safety: Collaborate with local EMS agencies to coordinate emergency medical services and enhance overall health and safety protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio
  • •Current national certification CPR/BLS
  • •Experience in wellness, occupational health, chronic disease management, or employee health settings preferred
  • •Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • •Familiarity with biometric screening, lifestyle coaching, and medication education (preferred)
