Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete request management and implementation systems based on business needs (e.g., HCM, legal, contract, OA).
  • •Implement the aPaaS (low-code platform) functionally, including low-code and interface development.
  • •Explore and analyze business needs, write technical solutions and system designs, implement designs as platform functions, and optimize user experience.
  • •Build low-code business models and create reusable common methods and application frameworks.
  • •Support internal trainings and contribute to knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 1 year of front-end development experience.
  • •Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML; understand security, networking, and performance optimization.
  • •In-depth application of at least one mainstream front-end framework such as React or Vue, including its design principles.
  • •Independently complete demand analysis and business design, and lead or participate in demand review with answers to review questions.
