Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI Agent product planning and design, including agent building from 0 to 1.
  • •Distill enterprise user pain points using interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, and translate them into product direction.
  • •Build and continuously refine an evaluation system, including AI capability evaluation sets and tracking product effectiveness and model performance.
  • •Experiment with AI application innovations for office automation, knowledge management, and content generation to turn ideas into real features.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management preferred.
  • •Strong logical thinking, self-driven mindset, and user-value oriented problem solving from the user’s perspective.
  • •Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • •Genuine passion for AI products and staying current in the LLM/Agent space.
  • •Relevant internship or project experience in AI products; hands-on experience building agents or AI applications with demos or a portfolio is preferred.
