  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure staffing is complete before start-up of the production line.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery performance, workstation USDA inspection, and promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Manage accurate shipments, inventory rotation and product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product and provide quality education.
