Job Summary

SpaceX is hiring a Technical Recruiter to run a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top technical talent for mission-critical roles. Key Responsibilities

•Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback, acting as a partner to clients rather than a merely order-taker.
•Screen applicants and source candidates, contributing to a growing SpaceX pipeline with both active and passive candidates.
•Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews, while coordinating candidate experience including tours.
•Oversee offer process including background checks, negotiating offers, and extending offer letters to successful candidates.
•Maintain multi-day hiring rhythms as priorities shift, ensuring high-quality hires while collaborating with team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
•2+ years of technical recruiting experience
•2+ years of SGA recruiting experience
•Experience with in-house recruiting
•Experience with high volume recruiting
