Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven advisor in the branch, guiding individuals and small businesses toward financial wellness. Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and by proactive calling, uncover needs, and deliver tailored recommendations. Open and expand consumer and small-business accounts, build referral sources, and partner with branch and line-of-business teams while meeting activity and sales goals and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone and delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Open and manage consumer and small-business accounts and related products, including deposit products and lending products (as applicable).
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals through sales conversations using appointments, lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners, manage centers of influence, and expand relationships based on clients’ goals.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
